Interrupted Interior

The room remains intact,
though life has withdrawn.

Household objects rest where they were last used.
Light still enters through the window,
crossed out rather than sealed.

The ceiling sags,
the structure weakens,
yet the interior continues to preserve
the rhythm of daily existence.

This space was not erased—
it was interrupted.
